So I finally took the initiative and hunted down Ken at the zoo and gave him my resume for the animal care internship. And... he threw it in the trash!

Lol, he was just kidding but I nearly freaked out. He talked to me for a little bit after fishing it out of the garbage can. He has an intense sense of humor but I think it went well. I don't see why I wouldn't get the position but we shall see... *crosses fingers*

I'm very excited about practice tomorrow. I get to fight from 2pm until 10!!!! Woohoo!

And then the new semester starts on Tuesday which should be interesting.

I simply have to say this to all you insanely conservative Christians who voted for George W. because he said he would protect your "sanctity of marriage"... Hahaha! He has decided that he is not going to pursue an amendment to the US Constitution banning same sex marriage because he no longer needs your vote. It may be one of the few issues on which I'm happy with his actions. =)
