I just finished reading a wonderful book called The Poisonwood Bible. Barbara Kingfisher is an amazing author whose style of writing fairly flows off the page and plays before the mind's eye. I enjoyed it so much that my eyes practically devoured the words and I had to fight with myself to even set it down. It is a fictional novel about a missionary family that is dragged by their overpious father to the jungles of the Congo to convert the "heathen" tribes but each member inevitably ends up adapting to the beat of Africa's heart or falling to ruin. The ways of the world truly is a religion that runs stronger and more deeply then any words set on a page by man could ever hope to emcompass. To feel the breath of nature or look into a child's innocent eyes is to know what God's plan truly is.
Thank you Emily for recommending this book to me. It has definitely found a place among my favorites.

It's me. ET. I'm so glad you enjoyed the book. It truly touched me the first time I read it, and knew you too could appreciate it. How do you feel about going suit shopping sometime? Maybe after we get our duo piece we could practice and shop, lol
On the subject of Books, Don't you have my copy of the ultimate Hitchikers guide?
